The invention discloses an asphalt foaming device which comprises an asphalt foaming tube, wherein the asphalt foaming tube comprises a mixing tube section and a foaming tube section which are sequentially connected in the flow direction of asphalt; nozzles which are communicated with a water supply system are arranged in the mixing tube section; shaping pieces for shaping the asphalt are arranged at the inlet end of the mixing tube section; central holes through which the asphalt passes are formed in the shaping pieces; at least one convex shaping part is formed in the wall of each central hole; the nozzles are positioned right below the shaping parts; concave parts matched with the shaping parts are formed in asphalt beams shaped by the shaping parts; the nozzles in the concave parts are used for just spraying water to concave surfaces. Therefore, the contact area of water and asphalt is increased, the mixing efficiency and the mixing uniformity are improved, and the foaming efficiency and the foaming uniformity of asphalt are improved.
