AN ASPHALT BINDER FOAMING DEVICE
An asphalt binder foaming device, having a heated tank casing (1) with a drain (1.1) in the lower part, while on the upper surface of the tank casing (1) there is a cover (2) having an asphalt inlet (2.1) and an exhaust spigot (2.2). Inside the tank casing (1) in the vertical direction there is a drive shaft (3) connected to a drive, wherein mixing blades (3.1, 3.2) are mounted to the drive shaft (3), characterised in that the drive shaft (3) has in its axis a blind opening (3.3) open from the top, with a wall in its lower part, wherein a foaming material injection device is connected to the open end of the blind opening (3.3). In the wall of the drive shaft (3) there are through openings (3.4) between the blind opening (3.3) and the outer surface, while on the drive shaft (3), a sleeve (4), in whose wall there are through openings (4.1), is mounted in a nonrotary and nonsliding manner at the height of the through openings (3.4), or the through openings (3.4) of the drive shaft (3) and the through openings (4.1) of the sleeve (4) are at the same height.
Dispositif de moussage de liant d'asphalte, ayant une enveloppe de réservoir chauffée (1) avec un drain (1.1) dans la partie inférieure, alors que sur la surface supérieure de l'enveloppe de réservoir (1) se trouve un couvercle (2) ayant une entrée d'asphalte (2.1) et un robinet d'échappement (2.2). À l'intérieur de l'enveloppe de réservoir (1) dans la direction verticale se trouve un arbre d'entraînement (3) relié à un entraînement, des lames de mélange (3.1, 3,2) étant montées sur l'arbre d'entraînement (3), caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'entraînement (3) a dans son axe une ouverture borgne (3.3) ouverte à partir de la partie supérieure, avec une paroi dans sa partie inférieure, un dispositif d'injection de matériau moussant étant relié à l'extrémité ouverte de l'ouverture borgne (3.3). Dans la paroi de l'arbre d'entraînement (3) se trouvent des ouvertures traversantes (3.4) entre l'ouverture borgne (3.3) et la surface externe, alors que sur l'arbre d'entraînement (3), un manchon (4), dans lequel se trouvent des ouvertures traversantes (4.1), est monté non rotatif et non coulissant à la hauteur des ouvertures traversantes (3.4), ou les ouvertures traversantes (3.4) de l'arbre d'entraînement (3) et les ouvertures traversantes (4.1) du manchon (4) sont à la même hauteur.
