According to the multifunctional ultra-thin vacuum thermal insulation and decoration integrated plate, materials with different functions are integrated into the thermal insulation and decoration integrated plate through taking the ultra-thin vacuum thermal insulation as a medium, and a building exterior wall decorative layer has thermal insulation, decorativeness, economical efficiency and multifunctionality, so that the energy consumption of a building is reduced to the maximum extent, self-dependence and self-sufficiency of the building are achieved, 'zero energy consumption' of the building is achieved, and the thermal conductivity coefficient of the building is less than 0.008 W/(m.K).
