The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a vacuum thermal-insulation and decoration integrated board. An adhesive layer is coated with the outer surface of the heat insulation layer, and a reinforcing layer is composited on the outer surface of the adhesive layer; highly reflective insulation colloid is coated with the composited reinforcing layer after cured, and a solar cell is composited on the surface of the highly reflective insulation colloid; self-cleaning antifouling coating is sprayed on a panel of the composited solar cell after cured, the panel coated with the self-cleaning antifouling coating is cured to obtain the multifunctional ultrathin vacuum thermal-insulation and decoration integrated board. The integrated board sequentially comprises the insulation layer, the adhesive layer, the reinforcing layer, the highly reflective insulation colloid, the solar cell and the coating protecting layer from inside to outside. The integrated board is decorative and integrated by taking multifunctional materials as media via ultrathin vacuum thermal insulation, so that the decorative layer of the exterior wall of a building has the advantages of insulation, decoration, low cost and multiple functions, and the heat conduction coefficient is smaller than 0.008W/(m K).
