Ultra-thin natural stone heat insulation and decoration integrated plate and installation method thereof
The invention discloses an ultra-thin natural stone heat insulation and decoration integrated plate. The integrated plate is formed by compounding a natural marble decoration layer which is 5-10 mm thick and a polyurethane insulation layer in an adhesive mode. The invention further discloses an installation method of the ultra-thin natural stone heat-insulating and decoration integrated plate. The method comprises the following steps that 1, after an outer wall is processed, the surface of the outer wall is coated with adhesive mortar; 2, a datum line is formed through rebounding, and hanging pieces are arranged; 3, the ultra-thin natural stone heat insulation and decoration integrated plate is hung on the hanging pieces, the hanging pieces are fixed through fasteners, and therefore the ultra-thin natural stone heat insulation and decoration integrated plate is fixed to the outer wall through the hanging pieces. The thickness of marble of the decoration layer is reduced, and the consumption of the natural marble is reduced. Compared with a conventional installation method, a complex installation process is omitted, the construction requirement is fully met through the hanging pieces, and the construction efficiency is improved and is 5 times that of a traditional construction method.
