The oven buffering hinge is characterized in that the movable hinge component is provided with a sliding frame in matched and sliding connection with the fixed base, the fixed base is provided with a buffering damper, a cylinder body of the buffering damper is fixed on the fixed base, a piston rod of the buffering damper is connected with the sliding frame, the tension spring is arranged between the sliding frame and the fixed base, one end of the tension spring is fixed at the bottom end of the sliding frame, and the other end of the tension spring is fixed at the bottom end of the fixed frame. The oven buffering hinge is compact in structure, is high in stability, can achieve automatic buffering and closing, and does not generate noise.
