The invention discloses a buffering hinge, and relates to the field of hinges. The buffering hinge comprises an upper shell body and a lower shell body which are detachably connected, and a locating block which is installed between the upper shell body and the lower shell body, wherein a cavity is formed in the locating block, and a buffering mechanism and a driven rotating mechanism connected with a door are installed in the cavity; and the buffering mechanism is used for reducing the rotating speed of the driven rotating mechanism, and a liquid loop is further arranged in the buffering mechanism and used for improving the rotating stability of the driven rotating mechanism. According to the invention, when the door rotates, resistance of a buffering block, a sliding block and a spring needs to be overcome, so that the speed is reduced, and impact on the door and a door frame is reduced; and the liquid loop is arranged in the buffering mechanism, no matter the door is opened or closed, the door needs to overcome the resistance of liquid in the rotating process, so that the speed is further reduced, meanwhile, reduction for the resonance amplitude of all mechanical elements in the device is facilitated, damage to the mechanical elements is reduced, the service life of the device is prolonged, and the device is convenient to install and detach, and wide in application range.
