Buffering adjustable hinge
The invention discloses a buffer adjustable hinge which comprises a hinge cup, a hinge body, a hinge arm, a buffer, a hinge shaft, a shell guide sleeve and a shifting block. The shell guide sleeve is arranged in the hinge body, a buffer is arranged in the shell guide sleeve, a limiting sliding groove opening is formed in the shell guide sleeve, and a limiting piece is arranged in the limiting sliding groove opening; the shifting block is movably installed on the hinge body, a limiting block is arranged at the bottom of the shifting block, and the shifting block is moved in the transverse direction to enable the limiting block to be matched with the limiting piece for limiting movement of the buffer; due to the fact that the buffer achieves the buffering effect when the hinge is opened and closed, when the limiting block moves to the front side of the limiting piece along with shifting of the shifting block, movement of the buffer in the hinge body is limited, the buffering distance of the buffer is limited, and then the opening and closing angle of the hinge is reduced. When the limiting block moves away from the limiting piece along with shifting of the shifting block, limitation of movement of the buffer is relieved, and therefore the buffering distance of the buffer is increased, and the opening and closing angle of the hinge is increased.
本发明公开了一种缓冲可调式铰链,铰杯、铰体、铰臂、缓冲器、铰接轴、外壳导套、拨块;外壳导套装于铰体内,外壳导套内装入缓冲器,外壳导套上设有限位滑槽口,限位滑槽口内设置有限位件;拨块活动装于铰体上,在拨块的底部设置有限位块,沿横向移动拨块,使限位块与限位件配合,用于限制缓冲器的移动;因缓冲器在铰链开、闭时实现缓冲作用,则当限位块随拨块的拨动而移至限位件前侧时,缓冲器在铰体内的移动受到限制,从而限制缓冲器的缓冲距离,进而缩小铰链的开合角度;当限位块随拨块的拨动而远离限位件,则解除缓冲器移动的限制,从而增大缓冲器的缓冲距离,进而增大铰链的开合角度。
