Holey belt type lifter
A holey belt type lifter comprises a drive mechanism and a lifter support, and is characterized in that a driving belt driven gear and a driving belt driving gear are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the strip-shaped lifter support respectively, and are in driving connection through a driving belt; two guide grooves are formed in the position, between the driving belt driven gear and the driving belt driving gear, of the lifter support, namely, a left belt guide groove and a right belt guide groove, the driving belt penetrates through the two guide grooves, groove openings of the guide grooves turn outwards to form sliding rails, a sliding block for car window glass mounting is fixed to the driving belt, and a sliding groove of the sliding block is clamped on the sliding rails; a driving belt driving gear shaft is connected with the drive mechanism. The holey belt type lifter has the advantages that the contact area of the driving belt and a driving gear of the lifter is large, force bearing points are dispersed, the mute effect is good, and the defects that the contact area of a steel wire rope and a driving wheel of a rope wheel type car window lifter is small, and concentrated abrasion of the force bearing points is serious are overcome.
