Automatic gear grease lubrication system of self-elevating drilling platform lifting system
The invention relates to an automatic gear grease lubrication system of a self-elevating drilling platform lifting system. The system comprises a control unit and an oil supplying station, the oil supplying station is connected with an oil separator, the oil separator is connected with multiple oil supplying branches, each oil supplying branch is connected with an overflow valve, and a spring energy accumulator and a magnetic valve are connected to each overflow valve. After receiving a starting signal, a turn signal and a position signal sent from the lifting system, the automatic lubrication control unit synchronously controls the starting of the oil supplying station and the starting of the magnetic valve, an oil outlet is opened at a right position, and an oil supplying station grease storage barrel is provided with a grease high position feedback signal sensor. Smearing rubber sheets are installed, parallel to the axial direction of a gear, on a support structure above the lubricated gear. The automatic gear grease lubrication system of the self-elevating drilling platform lifting system can automatically lubricate and supplement grease, the structure is simple, and the cost is low. The oil outlet can be adjusted to enable a meshing surface to be lubricated according to different working conditions such as lifting or falling. The oil ingress the lubricating grease is synchronously controlled according to lifting movements, waste is avoided, and the pollution to marine environment is reduced.
