Method for preparing dense aluminum nitride-boron nitride composite material
The invention relates to a method for preparing a dense aluminum nitride-boron nitride composite material. The method comprises the following steps: by taking aluminum nitride powder and hexagonal boron nitride powder as raw materials, without adding sintering aids, dosing the raw materials according to the ratio, adding the materials into a nylon tank, performing ball milling by taking absolute ethyl alcohol as a medium, adopting a zirconia grinding ball and using a planetary ball mill, uniformly mixing, drying, screening, filling in a graphite mold of which the surface is coated with a BN protective layer, performing cold press molding, and performing hot pressed sintering in a vacuum hot pressing furnace in which nitrogen is introduced, wherein the sintering temperature is 1830-1900 DEG C, and the sintering heat preservation time is 1.5-2.5 hours. The process is simple, the dense aluminum nitride-boron nitride composite material can be prepared under the condition that the sintering aids are not added, and the material is excellent in mechanical property, heat-conducting property and dielectric properties.
