A full-automatic device for cleaning away and collecting garbage on the water surface comprises a box, and the box is provided with a power mechanism, an automatic positioning mechanism, a grasping and unloading mechanism, a drainage and drying mechanism, and a guiding and collecting mechanism. The power mechanism comprises an arm, an impeller and a motor driving the impeller to rotate are installed on the arm, the automatic positioning mechanism comprises a sensor installed at the bottom of the box, the grasping and unloading mechanism comprises a telescopic cylinder, a cylinder is installed below the telescopic cylinder, and a jaw is installed below the cylinder. The full-automatic device has the advantages that manual garbage salvage is replaced with a machine, labor intensity of garbage salvage staff is reduced, and the safety coefficient is increased.
