Graded grouting method for karst cave
The invention relates to a karst cave graded grouting method which comprises the following steps: step 1, drilling in a detection area: drilling in the detection area to form a detection hole group; the manhole group comprises a plurality of edge manholes and a plurality of grouting holes, and the bottoms of the grouting holes are communicated with the karst cave; step 2, karst cave grouting: filling liquid is injected into the karst cave; step 3, sealing the probe hole group: sealing the probe hole group; step four, grouting effect detection: step one, drilling and coring are adopted, and a compression test and a consolidation fast shear test are carried out; and 2, carrying out an in-situ standard penetration test. According to the grouting method, the hole diameter and the karst cave type are used as classification standards, and a pressure grouting method is adopted for filling and reinforcing full-filled karst caves with the hole diameter larger than 3 m and karst caves with the hole diameter smaller than 3 m; for the non-filled karst cave and the semi-filled karst cave with the cave diameter larger than 3 m, sand throwing or gravel treatment is conducted firstly, and then a pressure grouting method is adopted for filling and reinforcing; the grouting modes are diversified, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction cost is low.
本发明涉及一种溶洞分级注浆方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、探测区域钻孔:在探测区域内进行钻孔,形成探孔组;探孔组包括若干边缘探孔和若干注浆孔,注浆孔的底部与溶洞连通;步骤二、溶洞注浆:向溶洞内注入填充液;步骤三、封闭探孔组:对探孔组进行封孔;步骤四、注浆效果检测:第一步:采用钻孔取芯,进行抗压试验以及固结快剪试验;第二步:进行原位标贯试验。本注浆方法以洞径和溶洞类型作为分类标准,对于洞径大于3m的全填充溶洞和洞径小于3m的溶洞,采用压力注浆的方法进行填充加固;对于洞径大于3m且无填充溶洞和半填充溶洞,先进行投砂或碎石处理,再采用压力注浆的方法进行填充加固;注浆方式多样,施工效率高,施工成本低。
