The invention discloses a karst cave section grouting reinforcement construction method based on karst cave underground river environment tunnel construction. The method comprises the following stepsthat S1, a tunnel section A is subjected to excavating until the tunnel section A communicates with a karst cave; S2, an underground river is diverted to enable the underground river to not flow through the karst cave; S3, the karst cave is subjected to backfilling until backfilling is conducted to a tunnel foundation surface; S4, the cave wall of the karst cave is protected, and multiple anchor cables are evenly constructed on the cave wall; S5, the karst cave is subjected to full filling, and the anchor cables are connected with a backfilled body subjected to full filling; S6, the backfilledbody is subjected to excavating to form a tunnel section B communicating with the tunnel section A; S7, measuring and setting out are conducted at the bottom of the tunnel section B, and drilling isconducted according to a setting-out point; S8, a casing material is placed in a hole; S9, a sleeve valve pipe is constructed in the hole; and S10, segmented grouting is conducted upwards from the bottom of the hole. The method has the advantages of being stable and reliable, high in safety and capable of preventing sedimentation.
