The invention discloses an electric heating floor tile which comprises the floor tile, an electric heating plate and a composite heat-insulated plate. The bottom face of the floor tile is bonded to the upper face of the electric heating plate through resin adhesive, the bottom face of the electric heating plate is bonded to the upper face of the composite heat-insulated plate through waterproof cement slurry, and the bottom face of the composite heat-insulated plate is bonded to the laid floor through waterproof adhesive mortar. The electric heating floor tile and a preparation method thereof have the advantages that the energy consumption is low, the heat conductivity is high, the boding strength is high, and the waterproof property is achieved; the procedure of manufacturing the electric heating floor tile in advance and unnecessary floor tile stock are simplified, and a consumer can randomly choose to buy and equip with the floor tiles in advance before the construction.
