The invention discloses an electric heating assembly and a manufacturing method thereof, a floor tile and a floor heating laying method. The manufacturing method comprises the steps: carrying out the upward folding along the edge of a geometrical metal layer, so as to form a heat conduction cover body, and enabling the heat conduction cover body to be provided with a plurality of through holes; arranging an electric heating wire on the inner side face of the heat conduction cover body, and enabling the two ends of the electric heating wire to extend out of the heat conduction cover body through two of the through holes; wrapping the turnover part of the heat conduction cover body with isolation paper, wherein a cavity is formed between the heat conduction cover body and the isolation paper; placing the heat conduction cover body coated with the isolation paper in a mold, and filling a foaming agent in a cavity between the heat conduction cover body and the isolation paper through the through holes of the heat conduction cover body; and shaping and demolding to obtain the electric heating assembly. According to the technical scheme, the manufacturing process is simplified, the heat transfer efficiency and effect are improved, and meanwhile the electric heating wires can be flexibly arranged.
本发明公开了一种电发热组件及其制作方法、地砖及地暖铺设方法,制作方法包括沿着呈几何形状的金属层边沿向上翻折,以形成导热盖体,导热盖体被配置为具有多个通孔;在导热盖体内侧面布设电发热线,且电发热线的两端通过其中两个通孔延伸至导热盖体外部;将隔离纸包覆于导热盖体的翻折部上,导热盖体与隔离纸之间形成腔体;将包覆有隔离纸的导热盖体放置于模具中,并将发泡剂通过导热盖体的通孔填充至导热盖体与隔离纸之间的空腔内;定型脱模,得到电发热组件。本发明提供的技术方案不仅制作工艺简化,还提高了传热效率及效果,同时能够灵活地布置电发热线。
