The invention relates to the field of decoration material production, and particularly discloses a crystal ball decoration soft material production device and process. The crystal ball decoration soft material production device comprises an unwinding part, a gluing part, a vibration ball feed part, a conveying part, a heating and cooling part, a cutting part and a winding part which are sequentially arranged from left to right. The invention further provides the crystal ball decoration soft material production process which includes the steps of unwinding conducted through an unwinding device, traction and correction, gluing conducted through a coating machine, vibration motor starting, crystal ball discharge, high-temperature oven entering, cutting, winding and packaging. The crystal ball decoration soft material production device and process solve the problems that according to a traditional manual crystal ball feed mode, quality is poor and efficiency is low, and the main technical purpose of replacing the traditional manual crystal ball feeding with a mechanical structure is achieved.
