The invention discloses a panel luminescent decoration material which takes a transparent conductive board as a base and is also called as LED decorative glass (LDG for short), and relates to an application of a transparent circuit board to the field of decoration. The panel luminescent decoration material comprises a transparent conductive substrate (1), a semiconductor luminescent chip (or LED lamp bead) (2), and a transparent heat dissipation material (3). The invention aims to provide an artistic decorating and lighting plane luminescent body, so that the lighting and brightening layout is completed during decoration of walls of buildings and houses. A glass material is adopted, so that circuits are safer. Besides, the illumination of the decoration material is a development trend in the future; the concept of the conventional lighting products can be changed; and the lighting products are no longer lamp bulbs and lamp tubes.
