The invention relates to a frame type non-avoidance parking device which comprises a guide rail, a change gear, a pressing wheel and the like. The parking device works in the way that a first-layer user directly parks a vehicle in place; a second-layer user parks a vehicle to a vehicle supporting plate assembly of the device, the vehicle is parked in place through a lifting mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a walking mechanism, and the actions of vehicle getting are right contrary to the actions of parking. Compared with the prior art, the frame type non-avoidance parking device is different in structure and principle and has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in construction cost, high in storing and getting speed, low in maintaining and managing cost and the like.
