The invention discloses an experiment device for simulating a barrel-shaped foundation suction penetration process. The device comprises a tank body, a tank cover, a water supply device and a water collecting box, wherein the tank body and the tank cover are correspondingly and respectively provided with a flange; an observing window is formed in each of the tank body and the tank cover; a soil sample is arranged in the tank body; a water-outlet pipe of which the pipe mouth is shaped like a hopper is buried in the soil sample and is connected with a draining pipe arranged on the lower part of the tank body; the draining pipe is sequentially connected with a flow meter, a pressure meter, a valve and the water collecting box; a barrel-shaped foundation experiment model with a displacement tester is arranged above the soil sample; a water-inlet pipe connected with the water supply device is also arranged on the upper part of the tank body and is provided with a vale and a pressure meter; a vent with a valve is also arranged on the tank cover. The experiment device has the advantages of reasonable design, high reliability, simple and quick operation, high expansibility and the like.
