Bi-directional mechanical grab-bucket trash remover
The invention relates to a bi-directional mechanical grab-bucket trash remover. The bi-directional mechanical grab-bucket trash remover is provided with a stander, wherein an electromotor, a work brake device and a reducer are sequentially and fixedly installed on the upper surface of the stander, and the trash remover is also provided with a duplex coiling block which is distributed in a through shaft form and two single-linkage coiling blocks which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the duplex coiling block; the left end and the right end of the duplex coiling block are respectively provided with a shifting block I; the outer end of each single-linkage coiling block is provided with a brake mechanism, and the inner side of each single-linkage coiling block is provided with a shifting block II which stays on the same circumferential direction with the adjacent shifting block I; the duplex coiling block drives the two single-linkage coiling blocks to rotate by virtue of the connection transmission of the shifting blocks I and the shifting blocks II; and the trash remover is also provided with a trash grabbing mechanism which is arranged below the stander, the duplex coiling block is used for controlling the opening, closing and partial elevating motion of a grab bucket in the trash grabbing mechanism, and the two single-linkage coiling blocks are used for collectively controlling the elevating motion of the grab bucket in the trash grabbing mechanism. The grab-bucket trash remover is large in trash removal area, good in trash removal effect, simple to maintain and long in service life.

The grab-bucket trash remover is large in trash removal area, good in trash removal effect, simple to maintain and long in service life.
