When the hydraulic grab bucket is cleaned, high-pressure water can be introduced into the rotating spray pipe firstly, at the moment, due to the fact that the cleaning rope row is fixed to the side, away from the water outlet hole, of the rotating spray pipe, the water outlet hole is made to face the upper portion all the time under the gravity effect, and then the inner wall of the hydraulic grab bucket is flushed firstly; and then the rotating spray pipe is controlled to start rotating the cleaning rope row, so that the inner wall of the hydraulic grab bucket can be wiped.
本发明属于液压抓斗清污技术领域，尤其是液压抓斗清污机，针对现有技术中在对液压抓斗进行冲洗时采用的水枪冲洗导致污水乱溅的问题，现提出以下方案，包括底部四角处均设置有万向轮的移动底座，所述底座的上表面中部固定有转动盘，转动盘的顶端转动连接有托板，托板的上表面四角处均固定有支撑柱，且四根支撑柱的顶端之间固定有同一个顶部面板。本发明在对液压抓斗进行清洗时，可以先向转动喷管中通入高压水，此时由于转动喷管远离出水孔的一侧固定有清扫绳排在重力的作用下，使得出水孔始终朝向正上方，继而对液压抓斗的内壁进行先冲洗，之后在控制转动喷管开始转动清扫绳排即可对液压抓斗的内壁进行擦拭。
