The invention discloses a submersible multi-functional wharf boat. The submersible multi-functional wharf boat comprises a wharf boat body, and an anchor device, a connection device, an anti-skidding device, a pump station system, a drainage device, a pipeline system and a control system which are arranged on the wharf boat body. The wharf boat body is a normal pontoon wharf boat. The anchor device is fixed on the bottom part of the wharf boat body, the connection device is fixed on the head end and the tail end of the wharf boat body, the anti-skidding device is fixed on the upper surface of the wharf boat body, the pump station system is fixed on the middle part of the inner part of the wharf boat body, the drainage device is arranged on the bottom part of the wharf boat body, the pipeline system is arranged in the wharf boat body, the drainage device is connected with the pump station system through the pipeline system, and the control system is respectively connected with and used for controlling the anchor device, the drainage device and the pump station system. According to the submersible multi-functional wharf boat, multiple uses in one boat are achieved, and the wharf boat is adopted as a pontoon and a seashore loading and unloading platform when used.
