The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive processing of water area floating objects, and discloses a wharf boat floating water-borne trash comprehensive processing system. The wharf boat floating water-borne trash comprehensive processing system comprises a trash holding wharf boat, a trash holding device and a working wharf boat. A navigation drainage basin area is formed between the trash holding wharf boat and a bank on one side of a water area. The working wharf boat is located between the trash holding wharf boat and a bank on the other side of the water area, and a floating trash enrichment area is formed among the trash holding wharf boat, the trash holding device, the working wharf boat and the bank on the side. A trash collection device is arranged on the working wharf boat or beside the bank close to the working wharf boat.
