The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a positioning type floating wharf boat water taking system arranged on the rear edge of the long-piled wharf is installed; step 2, taking water by a water taking pump; when the water taking water level is located at the lowest water level or between the middle water level and the lowest water level, the drainage pipes are sequentially connected through hoses to form a continuous inclined water taking structure.
