Exploration on synthesis process of melamine water reducing agent
The invention relates to exploration on a synthesis process of a melamine-series water reducing agent. The melamine water reducing agent is prepared from melamine, urine, formaldehyde, sodium hydrogen sulfite and sodium hydroxide through four steps, namely a hydroxymethylation reaction stage, a sulfonation reaction stage, a condensation reaction stage, a reforming stage and the like. The melamine water reducing agent disclosed by the invention, as a dispersant, can be applied to Portland cement and can be used for preparing a finished gypsum product as well; and the melamine water reducing agent has good application prospect in concrete engineering.
