The invention discloses a steel pipe of a stable type corrosion-resisting scaffold. The steel pipe is characterized in that the taper degree of a pipe wall of the steel pipe is (7:200) and the length of the steel pipe is 2m-3m; the thickness of the pipe wall of the steel pipe is 3mm-6mm; each two steel pipes are welded and fixed after an inserting opening end of one steel pipe is inserted into a socket end of the other steel pipe; a fastening flange with a positioning hole is further arranged at the fixed end of each steel pipe; corrosion-resisting layers are arranged on the inner side of the pipe wall of the steel pipe and the outer side of the pipe wall of the steel pipe. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the steel pipe. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation before the pipe is cast; (2) a pipe casting procedure; (3) an annealing procedure; and (4) a finishing procedure. The steel pipe of the stable type corrosion-resisting scaffold has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, long service life, low labor intensity, short construction period and the like.
