Brown aluminum oxide smelting process
The invention relates to a brown aluminum oxide smelting process. The process comprises the following steps: firstly adding brown aluminum oxide smelting dust removing powder into hot water; adding 0.05-0.3 part of concentrated sulfuric acid to perform water-washing acid-removal treatment; adding aluminum oxide powder; uniformly stirring to obtain a particle material; conveying the dehydrated particle material to a mixing bin; uniformly mixing the particle material with coke and scrap iron in the mixing bin; finally gradually adding the material layer by layer, reacting, smelting and refining in an electric arc smelting furnace; inspecting, cooling, classifying, crushing and sieving to obtain a brown aluminum oxide finished product. According to the process, the brown aluminum oxide smelting dust removing powder is taken as a raw material for producing smelted brown aluminum oxide, so that the production cost of the enterprise is effectively lowered, and the environmental protection problem of the brown aluminum oxide is correspondingly solved as well.
