The invention relates to an SPB light steel-mesh concrete self-insulation outside wall slat and a manufacturing process thereof. The SPB light steel-mesh concrete self-insulation outside wall slat is used for solving the technical problems of bad insulation effect, bad fireproof performance, low pressure resistance and tensile strength, easy aging and short service life of the existing self-insulation slat. The SPB light steel-mesh concrete self-insulation outside wall slat comprises an SPB self-insulation slat, a first SPB self-insulation slat with a steel mesh frame and a second SPB self-insulation slat with a steel mesh frame, wherein the SPB self-insulation slat is the middle layer which is sandwiched between the first SPB self-insulation slat with the steel mesh frame and the second SPB self-insulation slat with the steel mesh frame; a first steel mesh frame is arranged on the first SPB self-insulation slat with the steel mesh frame; a second steel mesh frame is arranged on the second SPB self-insulation slat with the steel mesh frame; thermal-insulating materials are contained in the first steel mesh frame and the second steel mesh frame; and the first steel mesh frame and the second steel mesh frame are connected by a connector. The SPB light steel-mesh concrete self-insulation outside wall slats can be widely used in non-bearing outside walls of steelwork or framework buildings.
