Light partition-wall slat and production technology thereof
The invention discloses a light partition-wall slat which is composed of a slat core and slat peels covering the front and back sides of the slat core; the slat core is composed of an EPS particle, light mineral-matter waste residue, cement, fly ash, organic fiber, a foaming agent, an early strength agent, a foam-stabilizing agent, a waterproof agent, a water reducer, an instant adhesive powder, organic cellulose ether, a reinforcing agent and an accelerator; and the slat peel is a calcium silicate plate or a cement fiber plate based on a calcium silicate plate. The production technology for the light partition-wall slat is disclosed. The light partition-wall slat is light in weight, the unit weight is about 610 Kg/m<3> and is reduced by 200 Kg/m<3> compared with the unit weight of a routine calcium silicate plate light partition-wall slat, and convenient is brought for installation. Cost is low, and is reduced by about 10% compared with the cost of a conventional concrete foamed light partition-wall slat. The employed raw materials and the production method are green, environment-friendly, low in carbon and energy-saving, sound is insulated, shock is resisted, space is saved, and construction is simple and rapid.
