Glycol/cation composite asphalt emulsifier synthesis technology
A glycol/cation composite asphalt emulsifier synthesis technology comprises the following steps: reacting polyethylene glycol with chloropropylene oxide to obtain a nonionic intermediate, reacting the nonionic intermediate with alkylamine, and carrying out a chemical reaction to connect a nonionic surfactant to fatty amine in order to prepare a nonionic/cationic composite asphalt emulsifier. The nonionic/cationic composite asphalt emulsifier is a slow breaking asphalt emulsifier, has good emulsification performance and storage stability to different sources of asphalt under different pH values, and makes the performances of an asphalt emulsion to reach technical requirements of emulsified asphalt for roads in Road Asphalt Pavement Construction Technology Standard JTG F40-2004.
