Synthetic method of cation asphalt emulsifier by taking rosin as raw material
The invention relates to a novel asphalt emulsifier by a two-step reaction of rosin, chloropropylene oxide and an intermediate of dimethylamine and hydrochloric acid, and the optimum reaction technology condition of the asphalt emulsifier can be obtained. According to the invention, CMC value of a target product is 4.35*10<-4>mol/L, the value is little; and surface tension under critical micelle concentration is 28.51mN/m. The synthesized emulsifier is the median split asphalt emulsifier, can be widely used on a bonding layer and a fog sealing layer, solvent-free cold stirring, recovery and utilization of the asphalt, and stable base of the bituminous pavement.
