A containing cavity is formed in the vertical column. A T-shaped position adjusting rod is in sliding connectionin the containing cavity. The upper end of the position adjusting rod penetrates through the containing cavity and is symmetrically hinged with two first stirring blocks. Two second stirring blocks are symmetrically hinged to the upper end of the vertical column. An angle disc is concentrically embedded at the upper end of the manhole cover body.
