The invention discloses a floor slab structure between building pipelines and a construction method of the floor slab structure. In order to overcome the defects that an existing floor slab structure is complicated, the construction is inconvenient and the period is long, the floor slab structure comprises a plurality of sleeves which sleeve outsides a pipeline; each sleeve is internally provided with a buffering layer covering the pipeline; the floor slab structure is technically characterized by comprising at least two angle irons which are horizontally mounted on a pipeline well structure beam; one box iron bearing frame which is formed by welding a plurality of box irons and can be supplied to the pipeline to penetrate through is fixed on the angle irons; a steel plate is paved on the upper surface of the box iron bearing frame; the steel plate is provided with a hole through which the pipeline penetrates; the sleeves are welded on the steel plate and correspond to the hole; a concrete decorative layer is further arranged on the steel plate. The floor slab structure has the advantages that the floor slab structure is simple, the construction is convenient, manpower is saved, construction procedures are few, and the construction period is shortened.
