The invention discloses an assembly floor slab. The assembly floor slab comprises a prefabricated part main body, a splicing notch and a connecting part, the prefabricated part main body comprises a plurality of plate prefabricated parts, and the plurality of plate prefabricated parts comprise a plurality of middle plate prefabricated parts and side plate prefabricated parts; the middle plate prefabricated part is arranged between the side plate prefabricated parts; the splicing notches are formed in the two sides of the middle plate prefabricated part and/or one side of the side plate prefabricated part; and the connecting part comprises a plate bottom bar and a plate upper steel bar and is used for fixing the plate prefabricated part main body on a structural beam and/or a shear wall. The invention further provides a building structure with the assembly floor slab and a construction method of the building structure with the assembly floor slab. According to the technology provided by the invention, the construction speed is higher, and the splicing seam can be prevented from generating cracks.
