The invention discloses an assembly floor slab, a building structure with the assembly floor slab and a construction method of the building structure. The assembly floor slab comprises a prefabricatedpart body, prestressed tendons, prestressed tendon supports and prestressed tendon anchorage devices, wherein the prefabricated part body comprises a plurality of plate prefabricated parts; the plurality of plate prefabricated parts comprise a plurality of middle plate prefabricated parts and side plate prefabricated parts; the middle plate prefabricated parts are arranged between the side plateprefabricated parts; at least one tendon penetrating channel used for containing the prestressed tendons is formed in each of the middle plate prefabricated parts and the side plate prefabricated parts; the prestressed tendons are arranged in the tendon penetrating channels in a penetrating manner; the prestressed tendon supports are fixed to the side plate prefabricated parts; and the two ends ofeach prestressed tendon are fixed to the prestressed tendon supports of the side plate prefabricated parts through the prestressed tendon anchorage devices. According to the technology, the construction speed is higher, and splicing joints can be prevented from cracking.
