The invention provides an indoor soundproof haze-adsorbing panel. The indoor soundproof haze-adsorbing panel comprises a gypsum supporting plate, wherein a soundproof felt, a polyester fiber sound absorption plate and a Visher Kardson stone plate are sequentially arranged on one side of the gypsum supporting plate, wherein a plurality of grooves are formed in the reverse side of the gypsum supporting plate to enlarge the fit area when cement is used for adhesion; the gypsum supporting plate, the soundproof felt, the polyester fiber sound absorption plate and the Visher Kardson stone plate are adhered and connected. The indoor soundproof haze-adsorbing panel disclosed by the invention adopts the sound insulation and haze-adsorbing double design, can effectively reduce the external noise, and further effectively adsorb the PM 2.5 particles in the room; the indoor soundproof haze-absorbing panel can be cleaned by a common wet wipe, and is convenient to maintain and very suitable for ordinary families.
