The invention discloses a vehicle door electronic control limiting device. The vehicle door electronic control limiting device comprises an obstacle detecting device arranged outside a vehicle body for measuring a distance from the side surface of the vehicle body to an obstacle; a controller used for determining the maximum allowable opening angle of the vehicle door according to the distance from the side surface of the vehicle body to the obstacle; and a limiting actuating mechanism arranged at the articulated part of the vehicle door and the vehicle body and is used for limiting the outward opening angle of the vehicle door, which is not greater than the maximum allowable opening angle, and allowing the vehicle door to be freely closed inwards. The vehicle door electronic control limiting device achieves the functions that the opening angle of the vehicle door is limited according to the peripheral obstacle conditions when the vehicle door is opened and the action of closing the vehicle door is not influenced when the vehicle door is closed, and can effectively prevent the vehicle door from colliding the peripheral obstacles, thereby reducing automobile loss.
