The invention aims at providing an underground water storage irrigation system with roof rainwater collecting grooves. According to the technical scheme, the underground water storage irrigation system is composed of a planting greenhouse, the multiple rainwater collecting grooves, a plurality of rainwater conveying pipes, a water storage pool, a water pump, a plurality of planting pools and a plurality of irrigation spraying pipes. The planting greenhouse is further provided with a plurality of ventilation devices and a pool well lid. The rainwater collecting grooves are provided with screens. A base is arranged in the water storage pool. The planting pool is located in the planting greenhouse. According to the irrigation system, the beneficial situation that the precipitation amount is large in the rainy season can be fully utilized, and irrigation of plants is finished by collecting rainwater. Meanwhile, the collecting grooves are formed in the bottom of the planting greenhouse, and the occupied space is saved while the water storage capacity is improved. Irrigation is implemented through rainwater collection, the water resource utilization rate can be greatly increased, and a large number of water resources can be saved for enterprises. The irrigation system is mainly suitable for plant irrigation in a large planting greenhouse, irrigation is even, labor is saved, and the microclimate in the field can be improved.
