The invention provides an ecological dirt removing system combining water irrigation and drainage functions in a polder area. The ecological dirt removing system structurally comprises a water source (1), a bi-directional water drawing pump station (2), an adjusting pool (3), a water irrigation and drainage main canal (4), water irrigation and drainage check sluices (5), water irrigation and drainage branch canals (6), a common sluice (7) and a polder area farmland (8). The water irrigation and drainage main canal (4) is formed in the polder area farmland (8). A plurality of water irrigation and drainage check sluices (5) are installed on the water irrigation and drainage main canal (4). Each water irrigation and drainage check sluice (5) is provided with one water irrigation and drainage branch canal (6). The multiple water irrigation and drainage branch canals (6) are arranged in parallel. All the water irrigation and drainage branch canals (6) are connected with the common sluice (7). The end of the water irrigation and drainage main canal (4) is connected with one end of the adjusting pool (3). The other end of the adjusting pool (3) is connected with one end of the bi-directional water drawing pump station (2). The other end of the bi-directional water drawing pump station (2) is connected with the water source (1). The ecological dirt removing system has the advantages that the situation that more areas are used for building a water irrigation canal and a water drainage ditch separately can be avoided, the farmland irrigation efficiency in the polder area is improved, water resources are saved, while the production cost of the farmland is reduced, non-point source pollution to the farmland is reduced, and the system has remarkable benefits of water and area saving, dirt removing and ecology, and is an important embodiment of agricultural modernization.
