Cylinder pile reinforcement cage structure
The invention provides a cylinder pile reinforcement cage structure. The cylinder pile reinforcement cage structure solves the problems that a traditional reinforcement cage structure is liable to cause easy rupture of a whole pile body under the effect of external force-horizontal shearing force and the design structure of the reinforcement cage ineffectively guarantees the tensile strength of the pile body. The cylinder pile reinforcement cage structure comprises round plates positioned at the upper and lower ends, wherein multiple main ribs are fixedly connected between the round plates at the two ends, and are evenly distributed along the peripheral profile; the two ends of the main ribs are correspondingly inserted into the round plates at the same side ends; multiple steel nooses are arranged in the middles of the peripheries of the multiple main ribs; and the two ends of the steel nooses are locked into the round plates at the same side ends through bolt components. The cylinder pile reinforcement cage structure uses the reinforcement cage produced by the steel nooses and the main ribs for participating in the prestress tension after the column pile concrete die assembly to produce a tubular pile through centrifugal molding maintenance so as to finish reasonable design structure, has such main characteristics as strong ductility of the pile body, strong tensile stress and strong horizontal shearing force, and has the advantages of simple manufacturing process, convenience for construction and effective improvement of working efficiency and acting effect.
