Polygonal column pile reinforcement cage
The invention provides a polygonal column pile reinforcement cage. The polygonal column pile reinforcement cage solves the problems that the conventional reinforcement cage makes a whole pile body prone to breakage under the effect of the external horizontal shear and the design structure of the conventional reinforcement cage fails to effectively guarantee the tensile strength of the pile body. The polygonal column pile reinforcement cage comprises polygonal plates located at the upper and lower ends, wherein multiple main ribs are fixedly connected between the polygonal plates at the two ends and are arranged at corners of the polygonal plates one by one; connecting lines of the multiple main ribs form polygonal contour lines; multiple steel twisted ropes are evenly distributed on the contour lines between adjacent main ribs; multiple steel twisted ropes are arranged among the multiple main ribs; the two ends of each main rib are correspondingly inserted into the polygonal plates at the same side end; and the two ends of each steel twisted rope are locked in the polygonal plates at the same side end through bolt components. The polygonal column pile reinforcement cage has such main characteristics as strong ductility, strong tensile stress and great horizontal shearing force, is simple in production process and convenient for construction, and effectively improves the working efficiency and the acting effect.
