Ceramic material for preparing human organ and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a ceramic material for preparing a human organ and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material is composed of straw powder, yttrium oxide, polysiloxane, zirconium oxide, ceramic powder, PEG (Polyethylene Glycol) and calcium phosphate. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: S1, weighing straw powder, yttrium oxide, polysiloxane, zirconium oxide, ceramic powder and PEG according to the parts by weight, putting yttrium oxide, polysiloxane, zirconium oxide and ceramic powder into a ball mill, and grinding for 2-5 h to obtain a first mixture; S2, putting the first mixture into a crucible, heating to 2000-2500 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 1-3 h, adding the straw powder, then, adding PEG, and stirring to obtain a second mixture; and S3, pouring the second mixture into a mould, and drying in vacuum for 1-4 h. The ceramic material disclosed by the invention is wearable, acid and alkali resistant, high in hardness and low in preparation cost.
