Making method for heat insulation wall material
The invention provides a making method for a heat insulation wall material. The main materials are diatomite and sawnwood powder. The method is characterized by: (1) drying the diatomite in the sun and grinding it into powder, and then mixing the diatomite powder with sawnwood powder in proportion to obtain a slurry; and (2) molding the slurry, then drying it, putting the molded product into a 900DEG C kiln, keeping the temperature below 1100DEG C, and performing firing for 24h. The method provided by the invention has a simple process, the wall material is prepared from environment-friendly materials with moderate price, and houses cast by the wall material have good quality, high safety and strong heat insulation. Thus, the wall material has certain popularization and application value.
