HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL, WALL UNIT, CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR HEAT INSULATION WALL AND HOUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a bearing wall capable of maintaining heat insulation effects without reducing a strength of the wall, and a heat insulation material or the like capable of fitting electric wiring or a substrate material into the wall.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a wall unit (bearing wall) constituting a wall of a house. The wall unit comprises: a frame body 2 forming a hollow accommodation space consisting of two vertical materials 3a and 3b that are disposed oppositely to each other in a vertical direction and two horizontal materials 4a and 4b that are disposed oppositely to each other in a horizontal direction; a tabular heat insulation material 8 accommodated in tight contact with an inner surface of the frame body 2 and consisting of a heat insulative resin foam material including one or more grooves from one side edge to the other side edge of a contour on a surface at least at one side; and plate bodies 7 and 9 closing both front and rear faces of the frame body 2 in which the heat insulation material 8 is accommodated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁の強度を低下させることなく断熱効果を維持することができる耐力壁の構造と、壁内に電気配線や下地材をはめ込むことが出来る断熱材等を提供すること。【解決手段】家屋の壁を構成する壁ユニット(耐力壁)であって、垂直方向に沿って互いに対向して配置される2本の垂直材3a、3bと水平方向に沿って互いに対向して配置される2本の水平材4a、4bから構成される中空の収容空間を形成した枠体2と、枠体2の内面に密接した状態で収容する少なくとも一側の表面に外形の一側端から他側端に亘る溝を1本乃至複数本設けた断熱性のある樹脂の発泡素材からなる板状の断熱材8と、断熱材8を収容した前記枠体2の表裏両面を塞ぐ板体7、9を設けたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
