Modified concrete superposition board floor structure with shear keys and connection method
The invention relates to the field of assembly concrete buildings, in particular to a modified concrete superposition board floor structure with shear keys and a connection method. The produced floor can serve as a floor applied in the assembly concrete buildings. An original superposition board floor comprises cast-in-situ layers and precast bottom boards which are arranged up and down, the shear keys are arranged on the precast bottom boards, the precast bottom boards are connected with the cast-in-situ layers through the shear keys, and a firm combination structure is formed. Two lateral faces of the original precast bottom boards are changed into slopes, and the contact area between the original precast bottom boards and the cast-in-situ layers is increased; four lateral faces of the precast bottom boards are made to be rough surfaces, and the friction between the precast bottom boards and the cast-in-situ layers is increased; lap joint rebar grooves are additionally formed in two sides of each precast bottom board, and lap joint rebars are arranged in the lap joint rebar grooves, so that equivalent transfer of tensile stress of the rebars at the bottoms of the boards is achieved. Meanwhile, steel rods with threads at the ends are embedded in a precast beam and matched with fixing steel boards and fixing nuts for use, and the superposition board floor structure is connected to the beam. Firm connection between superposition board floor structures as well as between the superposition board floor structure and the beam is achieved effectively through the above measures.
