PRECAST CONCRETE FLOOR BOARD CONNECTION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete floor board connection structure, which can be constructed by a simple work and enables a precast concrete floor board to be easily removed.SOLUTION: A PC floor board 1 is laid on a connection top face of a steel beam 3 in a connection structure. A cross-shaped fastening member 33 protrudes from a flange top face 31a of the steel beam 3 in a plan view in which a horizontal displacement of the PC floor board 1 is restricted. A cutout part 14, which is loosely engaged to the fastening member 33, is formed at a corner part on a lower face side of the PC floor board 1. A grout material 7 is charged in a clearance between the fastening member 33 and the cutout part 14 in a state where the cutout part 14 is engaged to the fastening member 33 in the connection structure of a precast concrete floor board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】簡単な作業により施工することができ、かつプレキャストコンクリート床板の取り外しを容易に行うことができる。【解決手段】鉄骨梁3の接合上面にPC床板1を載置させる接合構造であって、鉄骨梁3のフランジ上面31aには、PC床板1の水平移動を規制する平面視で十字状の留め部材33が突設して設けられ、PC床板1の下面側における隅角部には、留め部材33に対して緩やかに嵌合される切欠部14が設けられ、留め部材33に切欠部14を嵌合させた状態で、留め部材33と切欠部14との間の隙間にグラウト材7が充填された構成のプレキャストコンクリート床板における接合構造を提供する。【選択図】図5
