The device comprises an one-man tent (1) provided with a small gasoline generator (2) inside, a heating and lighting electrical lamp (3) is suspended in the top of the one-man tent (1); the gasoline generator (2) is arranged in the one-man tent (1), and the heating and lighting electrical lamp (3) is suspended in the top of the one-man tent (1). The device has the advantages that in the field at low temperature in winter, owing to the heating effect of the device, the optic cable splicing efficiency can be improved, and the device is small in size, convenient to carry and simple in structure.
