Method for preparing silicon nitride crucible through reactive sintering
The invention relates to a method for preparing a silicon nitride crucible through reactive sintering. The method comprises the following steps: adding silicon powder, a binder and a solvent into a ball miller or adding silicon powder, silicon nitride powder, a binder and a solvent into a ball miller and mixing uniformly to obtain slurry; drying the slurry in a drying oven to obtain powder; sieving the powder and taking screen underflow; uniformly spreading the screen underflow into the cavity of a silicon nitride crucible mold and pressing to obtain a green body; carrying out temperature rise drying on the green body for removing the binder; putting the dried green body with the binder removed into a graphite crucible; putting the graphite crucible into an air pressure sintering furnace; and by the end of the reactive sintering, cooling and discharging out of the furnace, thus obtaining the silicon nitride crucible. The produced silicon nitride crucible has excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other properties, is low in impurity content, is simple and convenient in production flow and is suitable for large-scale industrial product and the prepared silicon nitride crucibles different in size can meet the requirements for application under special working conditions.
