The invention relates to the field of composite material processing and especially relates to a fireproof carbon composite material. The fireproof carbon composite material mainly comprises 50-75% of a graphite material, 30-50% of a carbon material, 28-40% of silicon carbide, 15-18% of magnesium oxide and 10-12% of calcium oxide. The fireproof carbon composite material has high fire resistance and high corrosion resistance. Through use of other chemical components in the fireproof carbon composite material prepared from the graphite material and the carbon material, chemical stability is consolidated, fireproof strength is improved, a service life is prolonged and a cost is saved.
